The purpose of PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training is to inform staff members about the PoSH Act of 2013, increase their understanding of what sexual harassment is, and describe how to report and resolve situations that occur in the workplace.
Yes, under the PoSH Act, 2013, it is mandatory for all organizations with 10 or more employees to conduct regular Sexual Harassment Awareness training for all staff and special training for Internal Complaints Committee.
